Sluggish trading was seen on the grain market on Saturday as most of the leading buyers were conspicuous by their absence, dealers said. On the seeds side, cottonseed oilcake with bag gained Rs 100 to Rs 900, other items stayed put amid balanced demand and supply position, they said.
On the cereals side, guwar was down by Rs 50 to Rs 1750-2000 for all stations, they added.
