LHC admits nazim's petition

The Lahore High Court (LHC) has admitted a petition for regular hearing filed by district nazim Kasur Rana Muhammad Hayat Khan praying to the court to direct the respondents to get implemented the developmental schemes passed in general house.
The petitioner contended that he belongs to the opposition party and the respondents DCO Kasur and EDO (finance and budget) are creating hurdles in implementation of the developmental schemes duly approved by the general house. He said that naib nazim of the district, being member of the ruling party is not co-operating with him. The court, after hearing the petitioner's counsel at length, admitted the petition for regular hearing.
