Chairman Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) Lieutenant General Zulfiqar Ali Khan (Retd) on Wednesday directed all officers to expedite on merit the disposal of all pending cases. Talking to APP here, he said that he was personally clearing all the pending appeals filed against the decisions of the district officers.
He said that he holds court regularly in every province every month to facilitate the poor litigants at their doorsteps. He has directed the district officers to clear the pending backlog of cases after fulfilling all legal proceedings.
