OUP's book signing ceremony today

As part of the special activities planned for the ongoing countrywide books festival, Oxford University Press is organising an author book signing session with Brigadier A.R. Siddiqi (Retd), Muhammad Reza Kazimi, and Jeelani Bano on Sunday (August 27).
Brigadier A. R. Siddiqi (Retd), author of "East Pakistan-the endgame: An onlooker's journal, 1969 1971," is an Executive Director of the Regional Institute for Peace and Security Studies in Karachi. Muhammad Reza Kazimi has written "Liaquat Ali Khan: his life and work" and edited the book "M.A. Jinnah: views and reviews." He is an eminent scholar of Pakistan studies and Urdu literature.
Jeelani Bano is celebrated Urdu novelist and fiction writer and has published "Kun," a collection of her latest short stories with Oxford University Press.
The books will be available at a special discount at the book signing session being held on Sunday (August 27) at 6 pm at the Oxford Bookshop, Dolmen Mall.-PR
