Former Inter-Tel Inc Chief Executive Officer Steven Mihaylo on August 22 said that his bid to buy the communications technology company is firm, and rejected what he called "media and other inquiries" suggesting that his offer is conditioned on factors other than Inter-Tel's agreeing to it.
