Better education and training stressed

The Vice Chancellor University of Sindh Mazharul Haq Siddiqui has called upon society to pay attention to education and also stressed on better training and education of young generation at home and in educational institutions.
He was presiding over final PhD seminar of research scholar Basher Ahmed on "A critical study of negative effects of bribery on society in the light of the teachings of Islam" under the Faculty of Islamic Studies, University of Sindh.
A large number of scholars, heads of teaching institutes and department, students who are engaged in M.Phil and PhD programme attended the seminar.
The vice chancellor said that society should have to realise the problems being faced in day to day life and must react for its betterment. He said that those societies who have been paying attention on education are free from unhealthy problems.
He said that only education is key to help for proper development as well as healthy society and added that it is dire need that the people of the society voluntarily participate in actions towards society development. He expressed hope that research work of the scholar would help to society and government towards improvement.
He said that no doubt that human being has stepped on earth with needs and his survival depends on the fulfilment of needs and added that according to Islamic teaching the creator of human being has created resources on earth for their needs and search of resources is obligatory for everyone but man is not free in search of resources.
He said that Islam has teaches its followers to earn their livelihood through right means and prevents them from wrong means as is mentioned in Holy Quran.
