Pakistani companies invited to Iranian seafood fair

Iran has invited Pakistan fishing and seafood companies to participate in the 4th International Fisheries Aquaculture and Seafood exhibition scheduled to be held in Kesh island of Iran from October 31 to November 3, 2006.
Commercial Section of Pakistan embassy in Iran in a letter informed that Iran's 4th International Fisheries exhibition will be held by Iran Fisheries Export Development Fund in collaboration with the Contemporary Conference Organisations (CCO) and with the full support of Iran Fisheries Organisation.
The main aim of this exhibition is providing transferring, expending and developing the know-how and marketing of this important industry. In this event, the suppliers and producers will find a valuable opportunity for seeking new markets and get more familiar with the latest technologies available in this sector.
Existing of more than 2,700 kilometres of cost lines and availability of around 500,000 hectors of water resources and also actual and potential capacities in Persian Gulf, Oman Sea, Indian Ocean and Caspian Sea have created valuable and rich resources from supplying protein to peoples.
