Four pedestrian bridges inaugurated on Korangi Road

The opening ceremony of four pedestrian bridges has taken place here on Korangi Road near Kalapul. The opening ceremony starts with the recitation of the Holy Qur'an, said a press release issued by the Shalimar Communications here on Saturday.
DHA Administrator Brigadier Maqsood Hussain, as the chief guest, inaugurated the bridge by cutting the ribbon. He, in his address, termed these pedestrian bridges as the landmark in the history of the DHA.
DHA Director (Horticulture) Lieutenant Colonel Abdul Majeed Shahid (Retd), Shalimar Communications directors Amir Humayun and Rana Tanveer, Nespak Chief Engineer Abdul Mateen, Callmate CEO Ajmal Ansari CEO, and all DHA directors were present on this occasion.
These four pedestrian bridges were designed by the Engineers Consortium and constructed by the Shalimar Communications under the supervision of Nespak.
Ejaz Siddqui, the owner of the Engineers Consortium, highlighted the design of these pedestrian bridges. He termed these bridges as the state-of-the-art design.-PR
