Petition to CJP to exhume Bugti's body

A senior lawyer and member of Supreme Court Bar Association, Intizar Muhammad Khan, has submitted a petition to Chief Justice of Pakistan to take suo motu action and issue orders to exhume the body of Akbar Bugti for autopsy through a medical board under the supervision of a senior judge of Balochistan High Court.
He must enquire the cause of death and to search out the real facts of the death of Akbar Bugti and Army personnel. The petitioner further submitted that the court order to restore the possession of Presidency and office of President of Pakistan for Muhammad Rafiq Tarar as President of Pakistan so that he could appoint new Chief of Army Staff under Article 243(3) of the constitution from among patriot and eligible generals and invite the majority party to elect its prime minister till fresh elections of the Parliament and provincial assemblies are held.
He prayed for issuing special orders to the Commander of 10 Corps of Pakistan Army to execute the orders of restoration of the presidency to Rafiq Tarar. It is noteworthy that contingent of 10 Corps was used on June 20, 2001 to oust Rafiq Tarar from the presidency.
