The Lahore High Court (LHC) will proceed on September 06, with a petition filed against the induction of advisors to chief minister Punjab and parliamentary secretaries in the Punjab.
The LHC had declared the appointments of two advisors to Chief Minister Punjab, Chaudhry Akhtar Rasool and Mian Munir Ahmed as null and void because both of them were convicted by the Supreme Court in contempt of court proceedings.
