Seven Christian pilgrims killed

Seven Christian pilgrims, including three women and three children, were burnt alive, while sixty peoples injured eight of them seriously, when an overloaded rented bus collided with the live wires of an electricity poles near Sukheki about 35km from here.
According to details, more than one hundred Christians resident of Essa Nagari of Ghulam Mohammadabad Faisalabad were heading to Mariamabad for attending the annual celebrations of paying homage to Holy Mary in a rented bus, when the antenna at the rooftop of the bus and goods etc hit the wires of the main supply line of electricity that electrocuted to death 6 pilgrims Sharif Mashi, Khaqan Bibi, Hakim Bibi, Shakeela and two children Wasil and Iram. Another child expired in Allied Hospital Faisalabad.
According to police fifty persons injured in this accident, and Iqbal Bibi, Yaqoob, Perveen, Shaukat Mashi, Ajmal, Saleem, Hanifan Bibi, and a child Adil reported to be serious in Allied Hospital Faisalabad.
