The Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued notices to respondents for two weeks in a petition filed by a member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) with prayer to direct the respondent government to provide a piece of land for graveyard in Sabzazar Scheme.
The petitioner contended that respondent Lahore Development Authority (LDA) had developed this residential scheme but failed to allocate a piece of land for the graveyard. He therefore, prayed to the court to direct the respondent government to provide graveyards in all such residential schemes.
