Futures turned lower on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Tuesday as most of the buyers kept to the sidelines due to satisfactory position on the supply side, dealers said.
The December vaida opened at Rs 532.20. Later it gained 50 paisa to be day's best at Rs 532.70. In process of trading it lost Rs 2.70 to be day's bottom at Rs 530.00 and closing was seen at Rs 531.70, they said.
The March vaida commenced at Rs 565.50. Later it rose by 50 paisa to be day's best at Rs 566.00. In process of trading it gave up Rs 2.00 to be day's lowest at Rs 564.00 and market settled at Rs 565.00.
