Activity at Karachi Qasim ports

The Karachi Port handled 68,948 tonnes of cargo including 63,998 tonnes import, 4,950 tonnes export cargo and 1,555 containers during last 24 hours ending at 0700 hours on Tuesday.
The cargo comprised of 28,448 tonnes dry cargo including 21,332 tonnes general cargo; 1,154 tonnes sugar; 5,962 tonnes fertiliser and 40,500 tonnes oil/liquid cargo.
Two ships namely Kota Perkasa and Oel Victory sailed out to sea during the report period.
Two vessels viz MT Shalamar and Pacific Ace are currently at the berths.
One ship namely DA Peng Hai expected to sail on Tuesday, while another vessel MT Shalamar is expected to sail on Wednesday.
Two vessels viz Apl Jabel Ali and Haje Khereh due to arrive on Tuesday, while five ships namely Bow de Silver, Iran Hesabi, Hyundai Highway, Y M Fortune and Pacific Primate are due to arrive on Wednesday.

The cargo comprised of 23,548 tonnes diesel oil; 928 tonnes edible oil; 1,867 tonnes cement; 1,186 tonnes rice; 5,000 tonnes chemicals; 3,290 tonnes seeds and 30,396 tonnes containerised cargo.
Five ships namely CV MOL Accord, CV MSC Brianna, CV Sealand Endurance, MT Suzanne and MT Olympic sailed out to sea during last 24 hours, while two more ships namely MV Caravos Trader and CV Xiang Wan are expected to sail on Tuesday.
A total of four vessels viz DD Master, Integrity, Anette Kosan and CSAV Mingbo are currently at the outer anchorage.
Four ships namely CSAV Mingbo, MT Anette Kosan, MV DD Master and MT Integrity due to take berths on Tuesday.
Bulk cargo carrier MV Advantage due to arrive on Tuesday, while three more ships namely MT Southern Imperial, MT Al-Maqwa and CV Bavaria Express with chemicals, diesel oil and containers are due to arrive on Wednesday.
