Pakistan along with other over 100 countries signed Micro-credit Summit declaration to support in achieving the goal to reach 175 million of the world''s poorest families, especially the women, with credit for self-employment and to end poverty.
Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz, who delivered a keynote address at the inauguration of the Global Micro-credit Summit 2006, here at Halifax, the Capital of Nova Scotia, Canada, signed the declaration of support along with the 2200 leaders and participants from over 100 countries.
