MMA protest against the passage of Women bill

MMA protested in front of parliament house against the passage of Women Protection Bill terming it un-Islamic, non democratic, non-constitutional. MMA will never allow its promulgation, they added.
The women protesters of MMA carried banners and placards inscribed with 'MMA condemns Women Protection Bill that imparts lewdness and obscenity', 'Westernised ruler' s western law rejected', Repealing Hudood Ordinance is against constitution and ideology of Pakistan".
MMA demanded of the government to withdraw the bill that is against ideology and constitution of Pakistan and asked for promulgation of Hudood Ordinance to run the country in accordance with the Islamic values. They appealed the religious, political and human rights groups to demand withdrawal of Women bill so that women rights and their sanctity be protected. Jamila Ahmad from MMA said that the National Assembly passed 28 un-Islamic articles and the law is against Islamic junctions.
Deputy Secretary MMA said "Pervaiz Musharraf can not implement this law by force as the country's ideological boundaries would weaken through the promulgation of this law". "We will destroy the government and parliament", she maintained.
