Certificated cotton stocks deliverable against New York Board of Trade's (NYBOT) No 2 cotton futures contract as of November 21, totalled 730,263 (480-lb) bales, from 728,483 bales the previous session. There were 1,639 bales issued, 14,369 bales awaiting review and 2,892 bales were decertified.
