Berlitz Asia Pacific Regional Manager, Nobuhiko Eto has announced the third full service Berlitz Language Center in Pakistan in Lahore. While talking to the newsmen here on Friday, he said that Berlitz is the world's largest provider of language training and cultural consulting services with over 460 locations in 63 countries.
Berlitz has helped millions of men; women and children across the globe speak a second language just like they speak their first one. Berlitz started operations in Pakistan five years back at Karachi. Due to the dearth of quality language centers in the country and the high demand for English as individuals and companies alike realise this is the language business world-over, Berlitz has plans to expand its network within the country, offering a bouquet of languages and corporate training.
Nadeem-ul-Haq, Country Manager Berlitz Pakistan said on the occasion: "As the world becomes an increasingly smaller place and like it or not, the global village is a reality, languages have gained significance as never before.
Languages skills not only facilitate communication but also provide insight into cultural diversity and nuance which are imperative for doing business on a global scale. If we want to compete globally we have to acquire global skills and language is one of them".
