Federal cabinet after a break of one and a half months will meet on Wednesday, November 29 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz at the PM Secretariat.
The cabinet would review the law and order situation in the country, outcome of Chinese president visit to Pakistan, Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz visit to America and Canada and resignation announcement of Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) from National Assembly following passing of Women Protection Bill (WPB). A future strategy will also be devised in case of MMA resignations during the meeting.
Sources said the Prime Minister would approve the agreements to boost economic and trade cooperation with various countries. The cabinet would also review the confronting problem faced by people following skyrocketing prices of onion, potato and others food items. During the meeting, the Prime Minister would take the cabinet into confidence of his visit to foreign countries and meeting with Chinese president.
