Lyallpur Town Council (LTC) has decided to encourage new development projects through citizen community boards (CCBs). This was stated at a meeting of the Lyallpur Town Council held here with Naib Town Nazim Nadeem Sindhu.
He said grants would be in addition to the annual development grant already announced for the union councils concerned. The meeting also approved funds of Rs 1.3 million for the repair and renovation of Clock Tower, Qaisery Gate and Bara Dari in Bagh-e-Jinnah.
