Polls can never be fair under present government: PML-N

Those who understand that the elections under the supervision of sitting government would be fair and free are misled or they consciously or unconsciously wanted to prolong the autocratic rule. MNA Mohammad Pervaiz Malik, PML-N central-secretary finance, and MPA Mehr Ishtiaq Anwar expressed these views while talking to PML-N workers, here on Monday.
They said that the evidences of 2002 general elections, the 2005 local government elections and the recent Azad-Kashmir elections showed that a number of unpopular candidates backed by the government won the elections and the overall result in these elections was similar in which the results were in government favour.
