Philippine Airlines (PAL) will buy up to six Boeing 777-300ER planes for $1.5 billion, the airline's president said on Wednesday. President Jaime Bautista told reporters the company had signed a firm order for two planes for delivery in 2010 and that the airline had purchase rights for another two planes for delivery between 2011 and 2012.
