The second phase of rains and snow falling began in Hazara region especially in quake affected areas on Sunday. Six inches snowfall was received in Galyat and Kaghan valley of district Abbottabad and Mansehra so far. Reports of raining and snow falling has also been received from Konsh, Siran valleys and Kala Dhaka of district Mansehra as well.
