Pakistan Christian National Party (PCNP) has announced that it would field its candidate against General Pervez Musharraf in the presidential elections. While talking to newsmen, here on Wednesday, Chairman PCNP, M Joseph Francis said that if religious minorities in Pakistan have equal rights, a non-Muslim must be allowed to contest the presidential election.
