Kidnapped girl returns after paying ransom

Five persons kidnapped a teenage girl, Nasreen Bibi on February 4 from Kot Samaba (Rahimyarkhan district) and took her to interior of Sindh where one of the accused Ghulam Yasin subjected her rape for 35 days.
Her uncle Ghulam Sarwar of Azmatabad, a suburb of Kot Samaba got registered a case but police did not recover. Consequently he got her released from the clutches of abductors after payment of Rs 0.2 million.
She told police that five persons namely Ghulam Yasin son of Sardar Jam Gul Muhammad had kidnapped her with the support of four accomplices two of them identified as Muhammad Shafiq, and Qaim Din. Medical report confirmed the sexual assault. Police said that a case has been registered against Jam Gul Muhammad, his son Ghulam Yasin, and others. However no arrest was made so far.
