67 schemes taken up in Hyderabad under ADP

The Executive Engineer, Provincial Building Division, Hyderabad, has said that as many as 67 different development schemes are taken into hand at the total estimated cost of Rs 716.7864 million by this department under annual development programme (ADP) 2006-07.
He said that annual allocation of Rs 591.4350 million had been sanctioned by the government to start development works on those schemes. Giving the break-up of these schemes, he said that out of 67 different development schemes, one scheme had been completed.
While the remaining 66 schemes, including 13 of the Agriculture Department, 19 of P.P. and Housing Department, seven of the Education Department, 12 of the Health Department, seven of Culture and Tourism Department, four of Manpower, one each of Statistical Economics Research and Special Project and two schemes of Federal- funded schemes in Agriculture Marketing.
He further said that Rs 75.3625 millions had been utilised from the total released amount of Rs 124.1830 million for 2006-07 under the ADP as such the work performs stood 61 percent.
