Former judge of the Lahore High Court S M Zubair passed away here on Tuesday. His funeral prayers were offered at Dar-ul-Salam Mosque after Asr prayers.
The elite of the city, judges of the Supreme Court, High Court and lower courts, law officers and senior bar members attended the Namaz-e-Janaza. They expressed sympathies with the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace of the soul of the deceased. Later he was laid to rest in a local graveyard.
