Personality tests

EQ refers to the capacity for recognising our own feelings and those of others to motivate ourselves and for managing well our emotions and in our relationships. IQ defines how smart you are and how much intelligence you possess, whereas EQ defines how well you use what smarts you have.
EQ is not opposite of IQ and indeed it is hoped that people have generous quantities of both. But there is little doubt that people without sufficient EQ will not have a hard time.
Many organisations take personality tests and EQ tests of their employees to see how they will fit in with other workers and to see how they will perform in certain situations. The emotional side is becoming a most important.
When it comes to hiring or promoting employers are looking for more than just the intelligent. Emotional intelligence must be considered very important aspect in using our intellect to build a better society. In our society not 100% IQ level is demanding, EQ level is more preferable.
