Fierce clashes leave 5 foreigners dead in Wana

At least five foreign militants were killed while five local tribesmen were also injured in fresh clashes on Thursday in the locality of Azam Warsak area of the South Waziristan.
Fresh clashes have again erupted between local tribesmen and foreign militants in the locality in which five foreign militants were killed and five local tribesmen injured. Local tribesmen have also claimed to have arrested five foreigners and destroyed several of their trenches.
Local Tribal Elders Haji Sharif and Mullah Nazir have said that action against foreigners will continue till they leave or surrender. Meanwhile in Tank, local administration relaxed curfew for two hours from one to three pm on Thursday. Security forces however were patrolling the town and situation was under control.
