Vice chancellors of Punjab and Balochistan University meet

The vice-chancellor Balochistan University (BU), Quetta Brigadier Agha Ahmed Gul (Retd) called on Punjab University vice-chancellor Lieutenant General Arshad Mahmood (Retd) in his office on Friday.
Arshad Mahmood briefed the BU vice-chancellor about the academic and research development of the Punjab University. On this occasion, both the VCs discussed about the various statutory bodies and their duties and powers. Arshad averred that these bodies are working efficiently in Punjab University and the academic process of Punjab University is on its way rapidly.
Assuring the BU for every possible co-operation, he said that the exchange of students and teachers delegation is must because it helps to develop solidarity and bilingual co-operation among themselves. He assured the exchange of teachers in coming summer vacation.
Agha Ahmed Gul said that the Balochistan University has established many departments and it will follow the Punjab University for academic development and all resources will be utilised to bring the university at international standard.
