No industry will be allowed to establish prior to getting Environment Impact Certificate (EIA) from the government institutions in Punjab province. Punjab Environment Minister, Dr Anjum Amjad said this while talking to media men here on Friday.
She said that Executive Committee National Economic Council (Ecnec) had directed Planning Commission, and Planning and Development Division to issue instructions to all the departments concerned.
