The shareholders of Soneri Bank Limited approved the annual accounts of the bank for the year ended December 31, 2006 at the AGM held in Lahore on March 30, 2007. The shareholders also approved recommendations of the Board for issuance of bonus shares at the rate of 10 percent ie 10 shares for every 100 shares held.
