President Reference against non-functional Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry was challenged by Barrister Zafarullah in the Supreme Court on Saturday, according to Aaj TV channel.
The petition will be taken up by the apex court on April 2. Initial hearing of the petition against the appointment of Justice Rana Bhagwandas as Action Chief Justice of Pakistan and formation of Supreme Judicial Council will also take place on the same day.
