Bears rule on ISE

Bears returned in the driving seat at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities witnessed broad-based erosion under the lead of trend setters amid decrease in index. ISE Ten Index was down by 6.76 points, as the index moved from 2,595.81 to 2,589.05 points.
The volume of trade amounted to 178,700 shares as compared to previous turnover of 242,000 shares. The horizon of trade expanded from 105 stocks to 115 companies. Majority of stocks (65) closed in negative territory, 50 landed in plus column, whereas zero company remained pegged to its overnight levels.
The turnover of Fauji Fertiliser Bin Qasim was 57,500 shares. The volume of OGDCL was 40,500 shares. The turnover of PTCL was 30,500 shares as compared to previous volume of 83,500 shares.
