Minister denies any deal with Benazir

Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Tariq Azeem has denied any deal being made with Benazir Bhutto. In an interview with BBC he said Benazir Bhutto desired to strike a deal with the government but the government did not want to enter into any deal with any opposition party.
To a question about the red warrant against Benazir Bhutto the minister said the red warrant has not been withdrawn. About the closure of the NAB Lahore office, Tariq Azeem said that the government wanted to utilise expertise of the former head of the NAB Lahore Wasim Afzal in other sections.
To a question about the other cases against Benazir, the minister said all cases are in tact. Several cases running against her in Swiss courts have been filed by the Swiss Government. I mean they are not civil suits, he added Pakistan government has not filed these cases.
