Special security steps on eve of Chief Justice's arrival

The Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) had made special security measures on the eve of the arrival of Chief Justice Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry. The common people were not allowed to enter the bar premises.
The political leaders, workers and other organisations of the civil society were also not allowed to enter the bar premises. Media-men and lawyers were allowed to enter the bar premises only after their identification.
The bar members and media-men had only used the main gate of the Lahore High Court at Mall Road to enter the bar premises. The registration of the bar members, for sitting in the meeting place, was ensured and no bar member was allowed to sit in the meeting place without registration. The screening system was fixed on the main gate of the LHC temporarily for checking the persons entering in the bar premises.
