Pakistan sells 150,000 tons wheat

Pakistan has sold about 150,000 tonnes of wheat to Southeast Asian countries for May and June shipments, regional traders said on Thursday. The deals were finalised around $230-$240 a tonne, including cost and freight, for shipments in containers. Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia have bought the bulk of the cargoes, traders added.
"Pakistan has more wheat to offer. They are also looking for buyers in India and the Middle East," said one Singaporean trader.
