Bait-ul-Mall department has enhanced the stipend amount for the students of professional educational institutions from Rs 18,000 to 42,000 per annum. Punjab minister for Bait-ul-Mall Chaudhry Muhammad Ijaz Shafi, said here on Saturday.
The stipend amount has been increased to enable the students of vocational training institutes to complete their studies and become self-sufficient in their practical fields. He stated that the department also providing grant to NGOs for the launching of different projects.
