Senate Chairman Mohammedmian Soomro has condoled with Lieutenant General Tauqir Zia (Retd), former Chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board, over the demise of his mother. In a condolence message, he prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in peace and grant courage to the family to bear the loss with equanimity.
Deputy Chairman of Senate Jan Muhammad Jamali and leader of the house in Senate Wasim Sajjad, in their separate messages, have also expressed their deep sense of grief with Tauqir Zia and prayed for eternal rest to the departed soul.
