LCCI seminar: firm belief in God must to achieve happiness

Helping others, patience, taking interest in prayers, meditation, good intentions, forgiveness, hard work and firm belief in God were necessary to achieve happiness.
Renowned psychiatrist and Head Department of Psychiatry Fatima Jinnah Medical College (FJMC), Professor Dr Haroon Rashid Chaudhry stated this while addressing a seminar organised by the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industries (LCCI) committee on women entrepreneurs on the topic of "Happiness around us".
A large number of businesswomen belonging to various sectors of economy attended the seminar. Professor Haroon Rashid talked in detail about the factors that are drifting us away from happiness and suggested some tips how best we can achieve this state of happiness that is present around us.
In her welcome address, Women Entrepreneurs Committee, LCCI, Chairperson Shamim Akhtar highlighted the importance of social responsibility by the business people to spread the goodness around.
Moreover, a delegation of women entrepreneurs headed by Shabnam Asif from Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry visited LCCI and held a meeting with leading businesswomen from LCCI. They were briefed about various activities and programmes organised by LCCI's committee on women entrepreneurs. Shamim Akhtar appreciated the efforts made by SCCI businesswomen for the recognition and economic uplift of women at Sialkot.
