A member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association has approached the court with prayer to direct the respondent governments not to restrict the movement of the political leaders.
The petitioner M D Tahir contended that respondent Sindh government had exiled the lawyers and banned the entrance of Imran Khan and Punjab government did not allow him to leave Lahore city for three days.
The petitioner contended that the action of the respondent governments was against the fundamental rights of citizens. He therefore prayed to the court to declare the action of the respondent governments as illegal and unconstitutional.
