Downward trend was seen on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Tuesday as many buyers kept on the sidelines on anticipation of further fall in the prices, dealers said. The December vaida commenced with 80 paisa loss at Rs 536.00 and closing was seen at the same level.
In process of trading it picked up 50 paisa to be day's best at Rs 536.50. Later it lost Rs 3.50 to be day's bottom at Rs 533.00. The July vaida in sympathy opened with Re.1 loss at Rs 656.00 and closing was seen at the same level. Later it gained Re.one to be day's best at Rs 657.00 and it lost sharply Rs 11.00 to be day's lowest at Rs 646.00, they said.
