Mixed trend on grain market

Mixed trend was seen on the grain market on Saturday as many buyers were on the sidelines in process of trading, dealers said. On the cereals side, juwar better type gained Rs 75 to Rs 1175 the low type, however, shed Rs 5 to Rs 1185. Wheat old Bardan gained Rs 5 to Rs 1180 and new also picked up the same amount at Rs 1195, they said.
On the grams side beetle No 1 inferior type gained Rs 50 to Rs 2650 and good type was higher by Rs 100 to Rs 2800. Beetle 50x50 both qualities gained Rs 25 to Rs 2475-2600. Gur low type lost Rs 100 to Rs 2000 while the best type did not show any change at Rs 2800, they said.
On the rice sector Irri white best type gained Rs 25 to Rs 1425 and low type picked up Rs 15 to Rs 1440, other types did not show any change in process of trading, they said.
