Hearing in Imran's plea adjourned

Lahore High Court (LHC) adjourned the proceedings in a petition filed by Chief of Tehrik-e-Insaf Imran Khan as home secretary failed to submit his reply. Khan had challenged restrictions imposed on him for leaving Lahore for three days.
The petitioner contended freedom of movement was guaranteed by the constitution and hence the government had no authority to impose any restriction on the movement of citizens. He, therefore, prayed to the court to declare the action of the respondent government as illegal and unconstitutional.
