Tricon Corporate Centre (TCC) has been selected as future office building by Pakistan's outstanding companies like Kapco, Suraj Cotton group, Millat Tractors, Mansoor Mazhar and Associates, Sargodha Taxtile group, Bank of Punjab for their corporate division, Pervaiz Umer enterprise, Sadiq Knitwear, Habib Rafiq, Kashmir Ghee, Naveena group, Sapphire Group, Trust Investment Bank and Tricon Developers.
Tricon Corporate Centre is the first of the three projects of Tricon Developers launched in 2006, located on the corner of Main Boulevard and Jail Road, facing Lahore Gymkhana Golf Course. It is the first corporate office building in Pakistan designed according to international standards and will specifically cater to blue chip companies.
With acme of architectural design, the building offers corporate office space ranging from 5000 to 20,000 Sq. Ft. per floor. There are six basements of car parking, 19 floors of offices, a restaurant, a cafe and conference facilities. There is no commercial retail space in the building.
