NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
In exercise of the powers conferred by section
19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No SRO 43(I)/2007, dated the 17th January, 2007, after the word "imported", the words "or cleared" shall be inserted, and shall be deemed to have been so inserted on the 17th January, 2007.
