NOTIFICATION
(CENTRAL EXCISE)
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(2) of section 16 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification SRO. 778(I)/2006, dated the 7th August, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, serial number 4 in the first column and the entry relating thereto in the second column (2) shall be omitted. 2 This notification shall be take effect on the 1st July, 2007.
