NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Custom Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to rescind the following notifications with immediate effect, namely:
1 SRO.1074(I)/2006, dated the 27th October, 2006;
2 SRO.1089(I)/2006, dated the 1st November,2006; and
3 SRO.44(I)/2007, dated the 17th January,2007.
2 This notification shall take effect on the 10th June,2007.
