NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No SRO. 554(I)/98, dated the 12th June, 1998, the following amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on the 6th June, 2005, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in condition (v), in clause (b),-
(a) in the first proviso, for the colon, at the end, a full stop shall be substituted; and
(b) the second proviso shall be omitted.
