Former Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Imran Khan announced on Tuesday that they are teaming up to seek to end the "dictatorship" of President Pervez Musharraf. Speaking at a joint press conference in London, they said they plan to hold a conference in London in the next month to which former premier Benazir Bhutto will also be invited.
"We will work together and not just against this dictatorship but even when we think that Musharraf's tenure is over ... because our objectives are the same," said Khan, announcing an all-party conference on July 7-8.
